Portland’s CW’s Pet Project has teamed up with the Oregon Humane Society to present the Pet Project Pet of the Week. Every Thursday, a different furry friend in need of a good home is featured on air with the goal of matching people with the perfect new addition to their family.
Pet of the Week: Bartelby
This handsome guy is looking for a mellow, low traffic home where he is pampered and adored. Bartelby can be nervous in new situations but give him the time he needs to adjust and he’ll be your friend in no time. Bartelby may do best in a quiet home without small children. Once he feels comfortable, Bartelby gives the best head-butts and purrs like a champ! Give this gorgeous boy a second chance at love!
The Oregon Humane Society rescues, heals and adopts more than 11,000 pets each year. OHS relies on donations to support our adoption, education, and animal cruelty investigation programs. OHS is now the largest humane society in the Northwest, and adopts more animals from their Portland shelter than any other single-facility shelter on the West coast. OHS puts no time limits on how long animals remain at the shelter—a pet stays available for adoption for as long as needed to find a loving home.
